Things to Know About Your Fortnightly EziDebit Agreement

Well done on starting your Bikram Yoga journey. Balancing your physical strength and flexibility is the gateway to mental clarity and calmness.

We thank you for considering becoming a member of Bikram Yoga Five Dock.

We have made the membership process as easy and convenient as possible, so all you need to do is focus on your yoga.

Some additional information that we would like to raise with you is;

• The EziDebit Agreement will run for a minimum period of 2 months, (that’s 4 fortnightly debits).
• Fortnightly debits will continue after the initial two month minimum period until otherwise notified in writing.
• Great news: You can put your Agreement on hold for up to 4 weeks per year.
  Each holding period must be for a minimum of 7 days. Notice must be given in writing prior to putting your Agreement on hold.
• The Agreement will commence the day after your trial period expires. If your trial has already expired, the Agreement will commence on the day the form is returned to the Studio.
• Each fortnightly debit will be in the amount of
  • $50 from a bank account or credit card.
• If you would like your debits to occur on a certain day of the week, please write it on the EziDebit Application Form.
• Your first fortnightly debit will be pro-rated to coincide with the day you have selected. All future debits will be debited on the day you have selected.

Please complete the attached EziDebit Application form and return it to the studio (in person or by email – whichever is easiest for you).
